Dr. Robertson-More has an advanced laparoscopic skill set in relation to complex incisional hernias.
By using an extended totally extraperitoneal repair (eTEP) combined with a transversus abdominis muscle release (TAR) procedure, as a type of posterior component separation, Dr. Robertson-More is able to repair both large and complex hernias improving patient outcomes over traditional open approaches.
